New Account Registration

Step One:
 
Fill out the application below and click "send".  We do not accept or approve new accounts on a walk-in basis.  All account information must be approved and in place beofre you place your first order or make your first visit to our facility. 
 
Step Two:
 
We will email or phone you to confirm that your information has been received and approved, or if it requires additional documentation.  NOTE:  Your account will not be opened until your initial purchase is made.   Opening order minimum is $500.00 USD* and to maintain wholesale status, you must spend a minimum of $1,000.00 annually.
*Certain items, including but not limited to, kilns, saws, and grinders are not applicable towards your opening order requirement.
 
Step Three:
 
Set up and orientation appointment (Visiting Northwest Art Glass) and make your initial purchase by visiting our Redmond location, or place your first order by phone, fax, or e-mail
 
Wholesale Requirements:

Northwest Art Glass is committed to providing stained glass materials at wholesale prices to the trade.  This means that we are focused on serving professional glass artists, retail stained glass operations, and other glass related businesses.  Only companies and individuals whom are invested in the stained glass craft, custom glass manufacturing or commercial glass distribution for resale purposes will qualify to receive wholesale purchasing status.  To establish qualification as a legitimate wholesale customer, we require all applicants to provide the following documentation. 
 
If you are based in the State of Washington, we will need:
  • A copy of your current Washington State Business Registration (license);
  • Completed Washington Resale Certificate (email us to get a blank form);
  • Copy of current Washington State Reseller Permit.  We assume no tax liability for your company.  If you do not provide a valid Reseller Permit, your account will be registered as Taxable Wholesale.
USA based companies outside the State of Washington, we will need:
  • A copy of current registration certificate issued by state, county, or local government;
  • Completed Washington State Resale Certificate (email us to get a blank form);
  • Copy of yellow pages or other print advertisement;
  • Company website address or other web-based promotional site.
Companies based outside of the USA, we will need:
  • Copy of business card or letterhead stating business name, address and all contact information;
  • Completed Washington State Resale Certificate (email us to get a blank form);
  • Copy of yellow pages or other print advertisement;
  • Company website address or other web-based promotional site.
Please Note:  Supplying the above information does not guarantee approval of your wholesale buying account.  Additional documentation is required for Dealer and Super Dealer level account status.  Only the registered business owner and authorized employees may purchase through approved commercial accounts.  Approval of your wholesale buying account does not grant net 30 buying terms.
