Requirements for a Saturday appointment are as follows:
- Appointments must be scheduled a minimum of 5 days in advance of your visit and your order must be received by us no later than the Thursday morning before your appointment day.
- Arrangements for special services, such as cutting glass for transport, packing glass in crates or boxes, handling oversize sheets of glass and loading crates on trucks must be made at the time your appointment is requested.
- A $1500 minimum order is required for a Saturday appointment which allows for 90 minutes of Saturday time to finalize, pay for and load your order. Additional time may be granted upon request when you schedule your appointment.
- 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of a Saturday appointment. If we do not receive your order or final instructions by 12pm PST on the Thursday before your appointment, we will consider your appointment cancelled.
- Saturday Hours Wait List: Call or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to have your name added to our Saturday waiting list. When we have occasion to open for a Saturday, we will send you an e-mail invitation to take advantage of an opportunity to shop on a Saturday without meeting the $1500 requirement. You must RSVP by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your invitation and you must complete your visit within a pre-determined time fram on the specified Saturday.
