Stained glass is an art form that magically combines glass with light. The copper foil technique, also known as the Tiffany Method, allows you to create more intricate designs than are possible with the traditional lead method. This introductory class provides a foundation for you to start expressing your creativity through this unique medium. We will cover designing projects for glass, the art of glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, finishing, and presentation. Students will select from 3 designs provided to create a copper foil panel. It is important that you not miss any of the 4 class sessions. Each class builds on the previous class. All supplies included.
